Responsibilities
Independently applies advanced architectural concepts and designs
Carries out complex and novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and procedures
May provide technical guidance to less experienced architects/architectural staff
Estimate fees, determines scope of work, and prepare proposals and contracts
Coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects
Prepares strategic plans and resources for project success
Develops planning and creative-design concepts for projects
Prepares presentation and design drawings and details
Qualification
Required
Must be proficient level with REVIT software
Minimum of 6 years or more of experience as Architectural contributor with firm or business producing commercial and municipal related projects
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited program
Preferred
10 years with progressive growth
Master's degree in Architecture or related experience
