Responsibilities

Define strategic priorities for new site opportunities and lead projects from concept to secured acquisition
Coordinate with internal experts and external partners to assess feasibility, risk, and commercial potential
Direct all stakeholder interactions, including landowners, utility providers, government agencies, and community representatives
Lead technical evaluations, interpret findings, and design mitigation plans to address project risks
Negotiate diverse agreements, from land purchases to utility supply contracts and incentive packages
Navigate entitlement processes and secure approvals required for development
Prepare financial analyses, investment models, and executive-level presentations
Refine and implement repeatable processes for site sourcing and acquisition

Required

8+ years in site strategy, project delivery, or development of data centers, renewable energy, industrial real estate, or comparable large-scale assets
Proven success leading cross-functional teams on complex, high-value projects
Strong commercial negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Highly organized, detail-focused, and comfortable working autonomously

Preferred

Knowledge of industrial utilities (power, water, wastewater) and infrastructure agreements
Familiarity with financial modeling, cost analysis, and investment metrics
Track record of productive engagement with governments, utilities, and other key stakeholders
