Responsibilities
You will act as the primary authority for electrical field execution on large-scale data center projects. This includes directing all trade activity, leading senior field personnel, ensuring sequencing aligns with the master schedule, and driving a zero-incident culture
You will resolve real-time issues, maintain operational flow, and support the successful delivery of world-class electrical systems through installation, testing, and commissioning
Plan and sequence workflow across all relevant trades to maintain project momentum
Manage high volumes of labor, specialized tools, and electrical equipment with precision
Own the on-site QA/QC program for electrical work, ensuring all installations meet specifications, drawings, and codes prior to sign-off
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
10+ years of experience with electrical contractors and/or general contractors
Minimum 5 years leading and supervising field teams
Proven success delivering data center projects valued at $100M+
Expert-level knowledge of electrical system design, installation, sequencing, and engineering principles
Ability to interpret complex drawings, specifications, and multi-discipline technical documents
