Responsibilities
Own and execute marketing strategies to grow revenue and market share
Lead product and program launches, managing the full lifecycle of the portfolio
Develop internal and external marketing resources to enhance sales enablement
Drive market insights through customer engagement and field collaboration
Evaluate and lead new product opportunities, partnerships, and business cases
Deliver clear, impactful positioning and messaging aligned with portfolio goals
Create marketing dashboards, track KPIs, and report performance to leadership
Partner with cross-functional teams in sales, technical services, regulatory, and more
Mentor junior teammates and contribute as a key voice in the marketing leadership team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
7+ years of medical marketing experience (5+ in a sales-aligned commercial role)
Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills
Expertise in marketing strategy, market research, and sales forecasting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred
Experience with medical devices, especially in airway management
Background in cross-functional project management and onboarding 3rd-party products
