Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the solar business in Houston, TX and future Corporate and Franchise locations across the country
Oversee daily operations, including sales, installations, and customer service
Lead and mentor teams across sales, project management, and installation crews
Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost control measures to ensure profitability
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to solar energy
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
Drive operational excellence by optimizing processes, improving efficiencies, and maintaining high-quality standards
Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and community outreach programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in the solar or renewable energy industry
Strong knowledge of solar technology, installation processes, and regulatory requirements
Experience in business development, P&L management, and team leadership
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
