Responsibilities
Lead and oversee construction management and inspection services for roadway, bridge, transit, drainage, utilities, erosion control, and maintenance of traffic projects
Supervise field inspection staff, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and performance oversight
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain project progress and resolve construction issues
Support business development efforts, including client engagement, RFQs/RFPs, and proposal development
Plan and direct large, complex construction projects or multiple concurrent CEI assignments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in civil engineering or a related field
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of Texas
At least 12+ years' experience in geotechnical engineering
