Responsibilities
Provides strategic leadership for complex, enterprise‑wide informatics initiatives that integrate clinical operations, data systems, and technology solutions
Drives the planning, execution, and delivery of a diverse portfolio of IT and clinical informatics programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and measurable business value
Brings deep expertise in program management, systems development, Lean‑Agile practices, and organizational change leadership
Qualification
Required
Master's degree and 15 years of related experience (OR Bachelor's degree and 20 years of related experience)
Extensive experience as a program manager in a clinical informatics environment, overseeing a wide range of IT projects of varying size and complexity
Proven ability to manage a portfolio of products and projects, with strong knowledge of: Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Enterprise-wide network engineering, Strategic information planning, Business process reengineering, Program structure and management practices
Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, and manage programs to defined cost, schedule, and performance requirements
Hands-on experience with SAFe® Lean Agile principles and practices, with the ability to drive value delivery, operational excellence, and sustainable organizational change through high-performing Agile teams
Strong leadership in managing diverse IT projects and portfolios, maintaining oversight of cost, schedule, and performance across all assigned initiatives
