Responsibilities

Elicit and document business needs from stakeholders through interviews and meetings to define project scope and objectives

Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and performance indicators (KPIs), and create reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders

Map existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions and strategies to optimize operations and streamline workflows

Translate business requirements into functional specifications, system diagrams, and use cases for technical teams to implement

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, communicating project status, issues, and solutions clearly and effectively

Assist with project planning, monitor progress, and ensure that solutions align with business requirements and are delivered on time

Mentor and guide entry-level business analysts and junior team members in problem-solving and analysis

Required

2 Year with BA/BS, 0 years with MA/MS, 6 years no degree

Must be a US Citizen

Experience in agile support environments

Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role, demonstrating a strong understanding of business processes and project lifecycles

Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and strong SQL skills for data manipulation and reporting

Excellent communication, presentation, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
