Responsibilities
Lead and evolve long-term digital marketing strategies , including social media, web, video, email, and SMS
Manage and mentor a team of five digital, social, and database marketing professionals
Own digital communications and social strategy, including audience development, content creation, and platform distribution
Oversee paid and organic content strategies aligned to brand and business goals
Lead website strategy and performance, including content, accessibility, UX/UI, SEO, and optimization
Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to improve user experience and site performance
Develop and oversee enterprise video strategy
Drive database marketing strategy, including segmentation, personalization, automation, and lifecycle campaigns
Monitor performance through analytics, dashboards, competitive intelligence, and reputation reporting
Stay current on digital trends, platforms, and emerging best practices
Build and manage relationships with digital partners, platform representatives, and industry experts
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields
5+ years of people leadership and team management experience
Strong background in digital marketing, social media, analytics, and database marketing
Hands-on experience with tools and platforms such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Technical SEO, SEM
UI/UX principles
Google Analytics (GA360), Adobe Analytics
Salesforce CRM / Marketing Cloud
Proven ability to lead complex, multi-channel initiatives at scale
