Responsibilities
Perform moves, disconnects, reconnects, and installations of hardware
Conduct site surveys and assist with differentiated deployments
Install monitors (dual 24-inch), docking stations, and manage cables under desks for neat setups
Provide troubleshooting for hardware issues, imaging, and post-move support
Document work and communicate updates via email to users and project teams
Support large-scale build-outs and decommissioning projects across multiple sites
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience with MAC (Moves, Adds, Changes), installations, imaging, and deployments
Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to lift and install large monitors and desktops; perform cable management under desks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ticketing systems and change management processes
Must be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment
Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed
Preferred
Experience with Windows 10 troubleshooting
Exposure to telecommunications environments
Large enterprise experience (preferred but not required)
