In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical support, helping employees resolve IT issues quickly and efficiently while ensuring excellent customer service.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Provide friendly, professional technical support to end-users
Respond to IT requests via phone, email, or ticketing system
Diagnose and resolve issues when possible; escalate complex problems to the appropriate team
Document all inquiries, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately
Monitor company systems for alerts and follow procedures to address them
Use existing documentation to troubleshoot and suggest improvements
Assist in coordinating major incidents and outages
Qualification
Required
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience: 2+ years in IT support or a similar role
Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills
Skills: Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Technical Knowledge: Windows desktop & server operating systems
Technical Knowledge: PC hardware and communication software
Other: Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused
Preferred
Familiarity with IT service desk practices and procedures
Ability to analyze business information needs and procedures
