Responsibilities
Source and vet potential TikTok creators (micro to macro) using tools like TikTok Creator Marketplace, FastMoss, or Kalodata
Send high-volume outreach (DMs, emails) to persuade creators to join for commission/sample deals
Negotiate commission rates and manage contracts
Coordinate product seeding and sample logistics
Manage affiliate databases, rosters, and tracking sheets (e.g., Google Sheets)
Onboard new affiliates, provide content guidelines, and offer coaching
Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring clear, upbeat communication
Align creator content with broader marketing goals and product launches
Qualification
Required
1-2 Years of Experience
Software/platforms required: TikTok, TikTok Shop, Google Sheets
Familiar with Social Media (TikTok and TikTok shop) and Influencer Marketing/Customer Service
Strong English Skills
Familiarity with Google Sheets
Preferred
Some experience with customer support software (e.g., Gorgias, Zendesk, Intercom)
