Responsibilities

Optimize Layouts: Design and refine production floor layouts to enhance workflow and reduce material handling
Streamline Operations: Identify bottlenecks, improve cycle times, and increase throughput using data-driven solutions
Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methods to improve quality, efficiency, and safety
Plan for Expansion: Evaluate capacity and recommend layout or equipment adjustments for future growth
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Design, R&D, and Production teams to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness
Implement Change: Lead projects that integrate new equipment, enhance production flow, and minimize downtime
Standardize Processes: Develop SOPs, process maps, and best practices to ensure consistent, sustainable operations
Drive Cost Reduction: Identify waste and implement improvements that reduce cost and increase productivity

Required

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred but not required)
5+ years of industrial or process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong background in layout design, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement tools
Proficiency in CAD/CAM and engineering design software
Experience with Lean Six Sigma or related process improvement frameworks
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments

Preferred

Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
