Responsibilities
Support MDA customers as part of the Asset Management Functional Team
Track and manage the physical location of deployed and stored assets
Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies
Assist with procurement and track orders through established systems
Communicate with vendors and resellers to confirm details and support acquisitions
Receive and log assets into storage or facilities
Perform monthly inventory audits
Manage asset lifecycle including sanitization, excessing, or destruction of hardware
Restock equipment storage areas and issue equipment to staff
Ensure compliance with asset management policies and procedures
Coordinate access and support for multiple locations
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of experience in asset management
Active DoD Secret Security Clearance (or higher)
Familiarity with IT hardware
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Preferred
Basic knowledge of all IT equipment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
