Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and support a remote team of five inbound sales representatives to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Monitor individual and team performance, providing tailored coaching and feedback based on individual team member needs
Foster a cohesive working environment and gain team respect to minimize conflicts
Maintain detailed records of coaching sessions to ensure transparency and track improvement
Oversee the handling of inbound sales inquiries across email, chat, and digital channels via the Front CRM platform
Monitor live team chats constantly to identify why leads are not converting and take immediate corrective action
Understand the end-to-end flow from inquiry to tenant check-in, coordinating with Operations and Finance (invoices) as needed
Handle escalations and resolve tenant inquiries professionally
Expertly utilize CRM tools (Front) to analyze analytics, templates, and message flows
Analyze lead conversion patterns and identify high-demand areas to inform marketing collateral needs
Design, refine, and implement SOPs to effectively convert inbound leads into tenants and ensure team adherence
Identify skill gaps and lead training sessions to improve the team's efficiency and process adherence
Clearly relay dynamic policy changes and SOP updates from management to the team to ensure alignment

Required

Minimum 3 years of sales experience
2 years of leadership/management experience
Proven ability to adapt management styles to different personalities and preferences
Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, for remote stakeholder management
Persuasive, goal-oriented, and capable of maintaining performance under high-pressure, dynamic situations
Understanding of the real estate market or the ability to quickly learn market dynamics

Preferred

Hands-on experience with Front or similar CRM systems for reporting and flow management
Background in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Tech-startups
