Responsibilities

Proactively source prospective partners through outbound outreach, inbound inquiries, and market research
Conduct discovery calls with potential partners to assess fit and explain the Jotform Partner Program
Invite qualified prospects to join the Partner Program and guide them through the signup and onboarding process
Guide partners in reviewing, accepting, and signing applicable partner agreements
Walk new partners through the Partner Portal to ensure a clear understanding of program structure, benefits, and expectations
Educate partners on deal types (enterprise vs. self-serve) and lead submission processes
Serve as the primary point of contact for partners during the onboarding and early activation phase
Identify partners with strong potential to generate referrals for Jotform Enterprise
Introduce qualified, onboarded partners to the Channel Account Manager for ongoing lead generation and sales collaboration
Maintain accurate records of partner outreach, onboarding progress, and handoff status within internal systems
Provide feedback to Channel and Sales leadership on partner quality, onboarding friction points, and market insights

Required

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
2+ years client-facing software or technology solution sales experience to enterprises
Proven and quantifiable track record of overachievement
Hunter background with a proven history of success
Strong communication skills, adept at communicating program benefits to decision-makers
Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
