Qualification
Required
Experience in leading large-scale data center construction projects
Strong understanding of project development phases including design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover
Ability to ensure compliance with client requirements, safety standards, budget constraints, and schedule commitments
Experience working with an ENR TOP-20 General Contractor
Strong commitment to innovation, collaboration, and sustainable building practices
