Responsibilities

Serve as the primary service contact for assigned client relationships, including employers and individual plan participants
Conduct one-on-one and group educational meetings with employees on retirement plans and employee benefits options
Prepare and present plan reviews, enrollment presentations, and investment education sessions
Proactively address service issues, resolve inquiries, and escalate when appropriate
Coordinate onboarding and plan setup with internal teams and external partners (recordkeepers, TPAs, carriers)
Maintain up-to-date client files (physical and digital) and CRM systems (e.g., Redtail)
Process applications, transactions, and account maintenance tasks accurately and efficiently
Prepare meeting materials and finalize minutes from client meetings
Support lead advisors in developing and retaining business through timely service, marketing initiatives, and event support
Assist in organizing and executing client seminars and community events
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with strategic partners and third-party vendors

Required

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum 3 years in the financial services industry, preferably with client-facing responsibilities in retirement or benefits administration
Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam must be completed within the first 6 months of employment
A FINRA Series 6 license is required to assist employees with retirement plan investment options and must be obtained within 12 months of hire
A FINRA Series 65 license is required to provide investment advice to plan participants and must be obtained within 12 months of hire
A California Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License is required to support employee benefits services and must be obtained within 12 months of hire
Bilingual: Proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), CRM platforms (Redtail), Zoom, Adobe, and online scheduling tools (Calendly)
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Maintains a professional demeanor with the ability to work independently and within a team
