Responsibilities
Develop and expand expertise in one or more subareas of research and understand applicable research techniques
Leverage data focused on developing product growth strategy, data informed product decisions, leveraging AI and creating self-service solution for PM and SWE to leverage
Build predictive models, optimization algorithms, and causal inference frameworks to inform strategic decisions, customer and market insights along with product performance
Decelop, perform, and optimize AI feature evaluation process for new Power Platform products and features for both ext and multimodal scenarios
You will document work in progress and share findings to promote innovation within a group. You’ll also learn and follow ethics and privacy policies while executing research processes or collecting information
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 2+ years related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research)
OR Master's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 1+ year(s) related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research)
OR Doctorate in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field
OR equivalent experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research)
