They are seeking experienced, commission-only Sales Representatives to grow Balmsly’s private label business, managing the full sales cycle and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities
Prospecting and developing new private label and custom manufacturing opportunities within their assigned vertical
Managing the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through deal close
Building and maintaining a qualified sales pipeline
Educating prospective clients on Balmsly’s private label capabilities, MOQs, pricing structure, and timelines
Collaborating with internal teams on samples, pricing approvals, and onboarding new clients
Representing both Balmsly and Poppy & Pout professionally and accurately in all sales conversations
Qualification
Required
Proven sales experience within the vertical you are applying for
Demonstrated ability to close deals independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working in a commission-only structure
Ability to manage your own time, pipeline, and follow-up
Preferred
Experience with private label, contract manufacturing, wholesale, or B2B sales strongly preferred
