Responsibilities
Lead CT/X-ray imaging analysis to identify failure modes in Tesla components
Develop and validate advanced imaging protocols for non-destructive testing (NDT)
Advise teams on developing and implementing new radiographic technologies
Train engineers and technicians on NDT best practices
Drive automation of data analysis workflows to enhance lab throughput
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Physics, or equivalent experience
NDT Level III certification in radiographic testing (RT) or computed tomography (CT)
8+ years of hands-on experience in failure analysis using CT/X-ray systems
Mastery of Avizo, VGStudio, or similar 3D data reconstruction tools
Ability to communicate complex failure modes to stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
