Responsibilities

Analyze Phoenix II, Web Services, and batch applications

Lead analysis and resolution of assigned system issues

Propose and implement technical solutions

Develop, test, and promote application changes

Interact with end-users to ensure solution alignment

Provide regular progress updates to development management

Qualification

MicroFocus Visual COBOLWindows Server 2019/2022OracleMS SQL ServerVisual Studio 2019/2022IIS setup/configurationMicrosoft C# .NETMicroFocus CertificationsProduction troubleshooting

Required

8 years of development with MicroFocus Visual COBOL on Windows Server 2019/2022, including batch processing and IIS integration

4 years of experience using Visual Studio 2019/2022, including advanced debugging capabilities

4+ years of application development interfacing with Oracle and/or MS SQL Server

5 years of writing complex SQL queries for Oracle and SQL Server

Preferred

2+ years of IIS setup/configuration

1+ year of development with Microsoft C# .NET

Experience with production troubleshooting and support

Microsoft Technical Certifications (factored in selection)

MicroFocus Certifications (strongly preferred)
