Responsibilities

Establish tooling and deployment approaches (e.g., server- vs. client-side for Adobe Target) and lead execution

Collaborate with product, engineering, and design to integrate experimentation and tagging strategies into roadmaps and workflows

Maintain clear, accessible documentation for all tagging and experimentation processes to drive adoption and alignment

Create and enforce a rigorous validation process to guarantee data quality and trustworthiness

Champion efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement in experimentation and tagging

Manage escalations, guide cross-functional teams, and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Mentor teams, upskill stakeholders, and actively advocate for experimentation and analytics as a strategic capability across the organization

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience

5+ years in digital experimentation, with proven impact on product outcomes

Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, AEP, Customer Journey Analytics, and other relevant tools

Strong understanding of A/B testing and multivariate testing methodologies

Ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights

Exceptional verbal and written skills with a record of presenting to executives and aligning stakeholders

Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution
