Responsibilities

Drive work from brief to final delivery across multiple workstreams and channels, coordinating internal teams (Creative, UA, Brand, Product, Legal/Loc) and external agencies
Build schedules, staff internal teams, scope and onboard agencies, manage SOWs, and track budgets across both internal and partner work
Hold internal and agency outputs to brand, legal/IP, localization, and technical specs; enforce review notes to final
Run structured checkpoints with in-house teams and vendors; keep intake, approvals, and deliveries clean and documented for all parties
Surface issues early across internal and agency tracks, make calls, escalate when needed, and keep leaders informed with clear status
Confirm trafficking, versioning, and metadata across internal pipelines and agency deliverables for global releases and live ops
Coach producers/coordinators and set expectations with agency leads; model calm, direct communication under deadline pressure

Required

Deep experience with creative production (concept > edit > QA > ship) for video, motion, and static
Strong planning chops: timelines, dependencies, change control across parallel tracks
Clear, direct communication with creatives, marketers, product, and execs
Comfortable with project tools and asset systems (Asana/Jira, DAM)

Preferred

Systems thinker who sees both the board and the next move
Calm under pressure; decisive with incomplete information
Collaborative, candid, and solutions-first
Led UA/ASO testing at scale and used results to guide the next cut
Global launch work (localization, cultural checks, legal/IP)
