Responsibilities
Establish, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards
Ensure materials meet PennDOT, PTC, and industry requirements
Maintain QC testing records, certifications, reports, and documentation
Supervise and support QC personnel
Ensure all locations have QC coverage for production and testing
Coordinate material testing, inspections, and equipment calibration
Troubleshoot material performance and provide corrective action plans
Work with production, dispatch, transportation, and sales to ensure proper mix design and product consistency
Address customer request or quality concerns
Analyze QC and production reports to identify trends and improvements
Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and accuracy
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years QA Technician experience and 5 years QA management experience
Ability to build professional relationships with inspection staff
Valid driver's license
Quality Control Technician: 3 years (Required)
NECEPT Asphalt Plant Level 2 Certification (Required)
PennDOT Certified Aggregate Technician (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Annville, PA 17003: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Preferred
ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician — Grade I
NECEPT Concrete Field Certification
