Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute manual test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
Perform thorough functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for web applications
Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects throughout the bug lifecycle
Conduct API and UI testing to validate business logic and data integrity
Validate requirements and collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure acceptance criteria are met
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews
Support release testing and post-release validation
Contribute to improving QA processes, documentation, and testing standards
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in manual software testing
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, test design techniques, and QA best practices
Hands-on experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Qase, Jira)
Experience with API testing using tools like Postman
Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Basic understanding of test automation concepts (hands-on automation is a plus)
Familiarity with CI/CD environments and version control (Git) is a plus
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder authorized to work in the U.S
Preferred
Automation experience is a plus
