Within Central Region / Regional Sales Manager
WENCOR is a leading innovator and manufacturer of EMI shielding products, and they are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales in the Central and Rust Belt Regions of the United States. The role involves developing new business relationships, managing sales activities, and coordinating with internal teams to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities
Develop new business relationships by personally presenting an acceptable description of Leader Tech, its products, and capabilities
Develop and maintain sales by exploring and qualifying existing accounts as well as following up on leads resulting from marketing prospecting efforts
Manage activity of outside sales representatives in assigned territory
Develop, maintain and update sales activities with Director of Sales
Maintain a professional business rapport with accounts even under less than desirable conditions
Maintain accurate up to date records and files on all accounts including sales data, quote records, and customer contacts
Provide accurate feedback to management on missed quotes and future trends
Coordinate activities with Inside Sales Teams to maximize our ability to close on new business opportunities
Represent the company at various trade shows
Perform other duties as assigned or necessary to meet business objectives
Travel requirement of 20%-50% (Visit establishments to evaluate needs or to promote product or service sales)
Qualification
Required
Current location must fall within the Central and Rust Belt regions of the United States
Experience in developing new business relationships
Ability to present an acceptable description of Leader Tech, its products, and capabilities
Experience in managing and maintaining sales by exploring and qualifying existing accounts
Ability to follow up on leads resulting from marketing prospecting efforts
Experience in managing activity of outside sales representatives
Ability to develop, maintain and update sales activities with Director of Sales
Ability to maintain a professional business rapport with accounts
Experience in maintaining accurate up to date records and files on all accounts including sales data, quote records, and customer contacts
Ability to provide accurate feedback to management on missed quotes and future trends
Experience in coordinating activities with Inside Sales Teams
