Responsibilities
Dynamic project work conducted remotely or on-site depending on client needs
Variable hours in a consultancy role; commitment may range from part-time to full-time based on project requirements
Professional immersion in diverse corporate cultures and industries
Drive and influence implementation of processes and technologies that enable operational efficiency on foundational matters like intake, contracting, task tracking, knowledge and records management, and other critical needs to run the business of the department (e.g., vendor/firm relationships, billing, change management, program management, etc.)
Assist with the design, development, and testing of innovative products, services, and experiences required to advance the operations of an in-house law department
Develop and optimize tools for tracking team initiatives and goals
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years' experience working within a corporate law or consulting company on projects and ongoing tasks related to legal technology implementations, spend management, budgeting, and operational metrics that aid you in understanding the needs of the in-house law department
Experience designing and implementing technology, documentation, reports, and related work throughout a project lifecycle and ensuring that assigned duties and responsibilities/project results are completed
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across internal business units, executive leadership, external partners, and cross-functional teams
Resilient under pressure, adept at meeting tight deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and accuracy
