They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Analyst to work as part of a professional, entrepreneurial team, responsible for settling and reconciling trades, assisting client services, and monitoring daily cash flows.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Settle and reconcile trades across multiple asset classes
Assist the client services team with performance updates
Reconcile client accounts daily
Book trades in OMS (order management system)
Monitor daily cash flows and manage trade affirmations and confirmations
Monitor daily trade fails and discrepancies
Collaborate with management to streamline workflows and enhance automation

Qualification

Financial operations experienceExcel proficiencyAnalytical skillsProblem-solving skillsTask managementWRAP accounts managementBloomberg AIM experienceConvertible securities knowledge

Required

3-5 years of experience in financial operations
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required
Proficient in Excel, including vlookup
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage WRAP accounts
Ability to manage multiple tasks

Preferred

Experience with Bloomberg AIM is a plus
Knowledge of convertible securities is a plus
