Mid, Senior LevelInsight Global is seeking an experienced HR Technology Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for their Infor Lawson HR, Payroll, and related HCM applications during a critical enterprise transition. The HR Technology Manager will ensure continuity of HR systems operations, guide a team of analysts and technical staff, and maintain system stability while preparing for an Oracle ERP implementation.

Responsibilities
Provide day‑to‑day leadership for Lawson HR, Payroll, and Talent Management modules, ensuring reliable system performance and timely support for HR operations
Manage a team of 14 analysts and programmers (with approximately half dedicated to project work), offering coaching, prioritization, and oversight to ensure efficient handling of service requests, enhancements, and work orders
Lead and coordinate HR technology mini‑projects, configuration updates, and incident resolution related to Lawson HCM applications
Partner closely with HR leadership, IT teams, and cross‑functional business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and support ongoing operational needs
Ensure appropriate resource allocation, team readiness, and operational continuity throughout the ERP transition period
Shadow the current manager during onboarding to gain deep understanding of existing processes, integrations, and support structures
Oversee integrated HR‑adjacent systems such as Timekeeping, Workforce Management, Warehouse Management, Pyxis, and Just‑in‑Time Ordering, ensuring seamless data flow and operational alignment
Maintain system stability and “keep the lights on” by preserving current processes and minimizing disruption during the Oracle ERP implementation
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an HR Technology Manager, ERP Manager, ISD Manager, or similar leadership role supporting enterprise HR systems
Strong background with Infor Lawson, with emphasis on HR, Payroll, and cross-module integrations
Demonstrated ability to manage projects, lead technical teams, and coordinate with cross-functional business partners
Experience supporting multiple applications simultaneously and adapting to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
Preferred
Hands-on experience with Lawson HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management modules
Familiarity with integrated operational systems such as Warehouse Management, Pyxis, and Just-in-Time Ordering
