Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and cases for eCommerce and internal tools

Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across systems and workflows

Validate complex business processes, including order routing, pricing, tax, shipping, and forecasting logic

Test and verify API, EDI, and system integrations; ensure data accuracy across OMS, ERP, and reporting systems

Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers to resolve issues

Define and improve QA processes, release criteria, and testing structure in agile environments

Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, release readiness, and post-release reviews

Leverage AI tools to enhance testing efficiency and quality
