Lead/StaffCEF.AI is a company focused on building the future of agentic AI infrastructure. They are seeking a hands-on Lead AI Engineer who will rapidly launch impactful AI solutions while shaping the future of AI systems.

Responsibilities
Rapidly prototype and implement AI solutions across various use cases, including computer vision, NLP, and time-series — to accelerate time-to-market with real-time inference
Design and maintain dynamic data indexing systems and encrypted, per-tenant data pipelines within sovereign data vaults
Extend our goal-directed multi-agent orchestration platform that coordinates AI agents with secure, permissioned data compute and full data lineage
Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions, participating in both on-site and off-site events to foster teamwork and innovation
Proactively strategize on data onboarding and processing methodologies to enhance system performance and security
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of launching solutions from concept to scale, with tangible revenue generation
Extensive experience with data solutions aimed at building robust, distributed platforms serving millions of users
Background in closely collaborating with founders or small, dedicated teams to drive innovation; prior entrepreneurial experience is a plus
Alignment with the philosophy that agile data onboarding and dynamic indexing are foundational to AI workflows
Ability to swiftly develop cutting-edge AI prototypes across diverse domains to reduce time-to-market
Value practical, hard-earned knowledge and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning
Willingness to participate in team-building activities and events to strengthen collaboration and innovation
