Campaign Manager
Kelly is seeking a Campaign Manager to manage strategic partner relationships and oversee day-to-day operations for high-value programs. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, ensuring program performance, and maintaining brand compliance while mentoring team members and presenting insights to leadership.
Responsibilities
Lead strategic planning and execution for multiple high-value programs and key external partnerships
Mentor and support the development of a Vendor Manager
Review and negotiate contract terms and lead renewal discussions
Present program performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Drive execution of strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects
Organize and facilitate virtual meetings and formal onsite quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with strategic partners, identifying growth opportunities
Serve as the primary point of contact for senior partner stakeholders, including issue escalation and resolution
Ensure compliance with company brand standards
Own reporting across multiple programs, delivering actionable insights that influence business decisions
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills
High attention to detail
Customer-focused mindset
Comfortable with public speaking and frequent on-camera participation in virtual meetings
Basic understanding of finance (AP/AR, sourcing)
Project management experience
Forward-thinking and strategic problem-solving ability
Strong collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders
Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office
Preferred
Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce is a plus
Experience with Adobe Workfront is a plus
