New Grad, Entry LevelRVMP is a rapidly growing leader in RV power solutions and outdoor lifestyle products. They are seeking a detail-oriented Vendor Recovery Specialist to support the Finance team by managing vendor recovery efforts and supporting core accounting operations.

Responsibilities
Support daily accounting activities, including journal entries and general ledger maintenance
Prepare, process, and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile vendor accounts and investigate and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end close processes
Prepare financial reports and summaries for internal review
Lead vendor recovery efforts, including tracking, researching, and resolving credits, claims, and reimbursements
Communicate directly with vendors to reconcile open balances and recover outstanding credits
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Purchasing and Operations to resolve vendor-related issues
Maintain detailed documentation of recovery activities and identify opportunities for process improvements

Experience in preparing, processing, and reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable

Experience in maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with month-end close processes
Ability to prepare financial reports and summaries for internal review
Experience in leading vendor recovery efforts, including tracking, researching, and resolving credits, claims, and reimbursements
Strong communication skills to communicate directly with vendors to reconcile open balances and recover outstanding credits
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Purchasing and Operations to resolve vendor-related issues
Ability to maintain detailed documentation of recovery activities and identify opportunities for process improvements
