The role involves generating accounting statements, researching cash receipts, and maintaining financial records.

Responsibilities
Generates accounting statements and reports
Research cash receipts, coding and posting of receipts
Prepares daily bank deposit
Researches and applies unallocated cash
Oversees accounts receivable write-offs and payment reversals
Develops automated spreadsheets
Organizes and maintains up to date financial records
Provides monthly financial and management reports
Qualification
Required
AA, BA, BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Great Plains
Detail oriented
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
