Responsibilities
Process weekly, biweekly, and monthly payrolls for approximately 3,000 employees using ADP Workforce Now
Ensure accuracy in all payroll processes, including time and attendance records, deductions, compensation changes, overtime, shift changes, and withholding adjustments
Perform pre- and post-processing payroll reconciliation tasks
Prepare and deliver all required payroll and related reports for month-end
Respond to employee payroll inquiries via ticketing system
Review and accurately complete periodic and year-end reporting information
Support additional tasks and projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in Business Administration or a minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience
Minimum 3 years of experience with ADP Workforce Now
Working Knowledge of E-Time or similar platform
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Solid understanding of payroll processing principles
Ability to work under strict deadlines in a high-volume environment
Knowledge of local tax regulations and implications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
Preferred
Experience with Workday is a plus
