AR Specialist

Responsibilities
Own customer invoicing end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with contracts and sales orders
Manage collections on open invoices, partnering with customers to resolve discrepancies and drive timely payment
Perform quality control on sales orders and contract data, ensuring consistency between Salesforce and NetSuite
Serve as a key liaison between Sales and Accounting for customer-facing billing and AR-related inquiries
Support revenue recognition execution, including ongoing maintenance of the revenue module
Partner with the Controller and Senior Accountant to identify, clean, and correct revenue data issues
Contribute to continuous improvement of AR processes, documentation, and internal controls
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of accounts receivable experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
Hands-on experience with NetSuite, including invoicing, collections, and AR management
Strong understanding of the full AR lifecycle, from billing accuracy to collections execution
Experience supporting revenue recognition activities and maintaining revenue-related system data
Clear and professional communication skills when working with customers and internal stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
High attention to detail, with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality control
Analytical, proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of outcomes
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across Finance, Accounting, and Sales
Comfort identifying process gaps and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Preferred
Experience working with Salesforce data and sales order workflows
Familiarity with SaaS revenue models and ASC 606 concepts
