Responsibilities

Work closely with clients to perform initial assessments, set priorities, and devise strategic solutions to meet both immediate and long-term goals
Plan and execute projects with a strong sense of urgency and a proactive approach, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets
Tackle problems head-on during project execution, with a focus on high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction
Offer creative, forward-thinking solutions to meet client needs, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor
Present completed projects to clients in a consultative manner, assisting in implementation plans and project execution
Communicate regularly with leadership about project progress, engaging others as needed for successful completion

Required

7+ years in Human Resources Manager/Director roles, with a firm grasp of HR laws and compliance
Previous experience as an HR Consultant or an HR Department of One
Versatility in working with diverse employers (size, industry, etc.) and in small company settings
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification
Strong client relationship, interpersonal, analytical, time management, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills
The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, and have a strong understanding of HR best practices
Experience in payroll processing and be an expert in HR compliance
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred

Active involvement in HR or related associations is preferred
