Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain server-side applications using .NET and C#, with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability
Lead vendor software installation, setup, and in-house integration, connecting third-party compliance platforms with internal systems
Develop and support systems covering limit management, trade surveillance, regulatory monitoring, and registered entity compliance
Apply sound software architecture principles and engineering best practices to evolving compliance platforms
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or ArgoCD to support reliable and efficient releases
Work closely with Compliance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate complex business workflows into well-designed technical solutions
Engage directly with users to iterate on solutions, improving usability, accuracy, and operational efficiency
Contribute to design discussions, code reviews, and cross-team knowledge sharing within a collaborative engineering culture
Qualification
Required
Strong experience designing and developing server-side applications using .NET and C#
Solid understanding of software architecture, computer science fundamentals, and CI/CD practices
Hands-on experience with CI/CD and automation tools (e.g. Jenkins, Bamboo, ArgoCD)
Knowledge of or strong interest in Trading Compliance, including areas such as liquidity risk, collateral management, or post-trade operations
User-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions in complex environments
Curious, adaptable, and motivated to continuously learn in a fast-paced financial setting
