Responsibilities
Seed AI models with real-world finance datasets, including incomplete spreadsheets and ambiguous documentation
Curate and structure messy, broad financial data to support robust AI model training
Collaborate with finance experts to analyze, normalize, and prepare diverse financial artifacts for AI learning
Provide precise written and verbal feedback to guide model comprehension of sponsor and deal scenarios
Participate in iterative data seeding workflows, balancing unstructured prompts with structured tasks
Evaluate AI performance in interpreting, reconstructing, and extending partially complete finance documents
Apply hands-on experience with ambiguous or incomplete financial data to inform AI training strategies
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex finance concepts clearly
Proven experience working with financial data, spreadsheets, or related real-world finance artifacts
Comfortable organizing and analyzing broad, messy, or incomplete datasets
Familiarity with finance workflows, terminology, and sponsor-related processes
Analytical mindset, able to assess ambiguity and provide constructive feedback
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in remote, cross-functional teams
Legally authorized to work remotely from the US, Canada, UK, or EU
Preferred
Prior experience in AI training, data labeling, or annotation projects
Experience handling projects with minimal direction, including data normalization and structure-building
Background in financial sponsors, private equity, investment, or deal flow environments
