Mid LevelFixtPT Physical Therapy and Wellness is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of their physical therapy and wellness center. The role involves ensuring the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained to provide a comfortable environment for patients and staff.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement facility maintenance and cleaning schedules to ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained at all times
Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, fixtures, and furniture to ensure they are functioning properly and in compliance with safety standards
Manage relationships with vendors and contractors for facility maintenance and repairs
Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential safety hazards and address them promptly
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and order replacements as needed
Coordinate with the management team to develop and implement facility improvement projects
Monitor and manage facility budget to ensure cost-effective operations
Train and supervise facility staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and efficient in their roles
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to facility operations and safety
Respond to facility emergencies and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting
Strong knowledge of facility maintenance and safety regulations
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility management software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible schedule to accommodate facility needs, including occasional evenings and weekends
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in facilities management or related field
