Influencer Talent Manager
Coastline Creatives is a boutique, high-touch talent management agency seeking a Talent Manager to support and grow a portfolio of creators through strategic brand partnerships. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for talent, proactively pitch creators to brands, negotiate contracts, and oversee campaigns from deal execution through reporting.

Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of creators, serving as their primary point of contact for brand deals, strategy, and partnership execution
Proactively pitch creators to brands, agencies, and platforms to secure high-value collaborations
Negotiate contracts, ensuring creators receive fair and competitive compensation while maintaining strong brand relationships
Provide strategic support to talent, helping them navigate industry trends, optimize content strategies, and grow their brand partnerships
Track campaign performance and compile insights to drive future opportunities for both talent and brand partners
Oversee the full lifecycle of brand partnerships, from contract execution to content approvals, deliverable tracking, and post-campaign reporting
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of brand collaborations, maintaining alignment with project timelines and client expectations
Utilize tools like Trello, Google Drive, and HubSpot to track project progress, manage deadlines, and optimize workflow efficiency
Ensure proper invoicing, campaign wrap-ups, and client follow-ups to foster long-term relationships
Maintain strong relationships with both creators and brand partners, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate
Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging talent to continuously identify new opportunities
Attend networking events, conferences, and brand activations to strengthen industry relationships and expand Coastline’s reach
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or sales
Sales & Negotiation Savvy – Comfortable handling contracts, securing brand deals, and negotiating fair rates for creators
Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – Thrive in fast-moving environments and can juggle multiple partnerships, deadlines, and projects with ease
Relationship-Driven – Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy building meaningful, long-term relationships with talent and clients
Tech-Savvy & Adaptable – Comfortable using CRM systems, project management tools, and staying ahead of trends in the creator economy
Preferred
Avid user of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and TikTok
Experience and efficiency in the Google/Google Drive environment
Familiarity with the influencer landscape
Experience with CRM Tools a plus: Our team uses Hubspot and Trello
