Responsibilities
Conduct daily outbound calls to introduce EMS services to targeted customers
Provide administrative and sales support using internal CRM systems (Salesforce)
Maintain professional and timely communication between customers, sales, billing, and operations teams
Track and update records in Salesforce and internal files
Generate reports for leadership and follow up with vendors as needed
Maintain organized filing systems for accurate record-keeping
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Typing speed of 40+ WPM (a typing test required at interview)
Excellent communication skills via phone and email
Confidence making a high volume of outbound calls
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly
A proactive, self-starting attitude with a strong work ethic
Customer-service experience required; waste or recycling industry experience is a plus
A minimum of 100 outbound calls per day is required
Ability to commute to Seneca, SC 29678 (Required)
Ability to relocate to Seneca, SC 29678 before starting work (Required)
