Responsibilities

Planning, configuring, testing, deploying, reporting on, and supporting corporate physical and virtual images (Mac and Windows OS)
Proprietary and third-party application packages
Application and OS update/patch management (Mac and Windows OS)
Print management
Physical and virtual configuration management solutions (SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Ninja One)
Evaluating existing and new technologies
Creating innovations and efficiencies in imaging, configuration management
Mentoring junior engineers

Qualification

End User Computing supportPrint managementPatch managementMicrosoft IntuneJAMF

Required

7-10 years experience with End User Computing technical support in a Windows environment
5+ years of Print management experience
Patch Management with applications and Windows OS/ MAC iOS
Experience with Microsoft Intune, WSU, JAMF and more
