This is a senior, commercially focused leadership role responsible for winning and structuring complex services work and shaping long-term commercial strategy across various service areas.

Responsibilities
Shape and execute business development and commercial strategies for a national services platform
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with utilities, cooperatives, IPPs, and commercial owners
Lead and coordinate pursuit strategies with cross-functional teams to maximize win rates
Anticipate market shifts and translate trends into actionable growth initiatives
Provide commercial input on pricing, contract structure, and risk allocation
Analyze competitors, customer drivers, and market dynamics to refine positioning
Support leadership in building scalable, repeatable services offerings
Qualification
Required
Senior leadership experience in business development, commercial strategy, or growth roles
Background within utility-scale solar, BESS, power, or energy services
Proven track record managing and growing long-term customer relationships
Experience with contract negotiation and commercial risk management
Authorized to work permanently in the U.S
Willingness to travel 25-50%
Preferred
Strong understanding of solar and BESS services, including O&M, repower, and restoration
Existing network across services, operations, asset management, or owner/operator organizations
Exposure to innovative deal structures (BTM, build-transfer, tax equity partnerships)
Experience building or scaling commercial or BD teams aligned to growth objectives
