Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and strategic oversight for large-scale data center, power, and high-tech manufacturing new construction projects
Direct project execution from preconstruction through commissioning, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met
Lead, mentor, and develop project teams, including Project Managers, Engineers, and Superintendents
Collaborate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
Oversee contract administration, risk management, change management, and overall project financial performance
Ensure compliance with company standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements
Support business development efforts, including pursuit strategy, preconstruction planning, estimating input, and client relationship management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
10+ years of experience delivering large-scale mechanical construction projects, with a focus on data centers, power, and high-tech manufacturing environments
Proven leadership experience managing multi-million-dollar projects and cross-functional teams
Strong technical background in HVAC, plumbing, and process piping for commercial and industrial facilities
Comprehensive understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and contract management
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as required
Preferred
Experience working for a national mechanical contractor and supporting mission critical clients preferred
