Executive Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

The candidate will perform a broad range of administrative tasks, to include managing scheduling, preparing correspondence, coordinating meeting logistics, preparing expense reports, and coordinating travel
The candidate will partner with HR, Communications, and leadership in planning and coordinating activities that support employee morale, engagement, and connection across the organization (e.g., recognition events, team-building activities, leadership visits, and milestone celebrations)
The candidate will assist with new hire onboarding, workspace setup, and training coordination
The candidate will prioritize and carry out special projects and assignments as needed, exercising frequent independent judgment, initiative, and tact
The ideal candidate will lead efforts proactively, plan for and anticipate future questions or issues and provide solutions

Required

Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of prior relevant experience supporting executive-level leaders
Strong proficiency in MS Office, to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Present a positive and personable demeanor with an ability to interact and relate well with both external and internal contacts at all levels, including executives and customers
Must possess strong organizational skills, be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, complex environment with multiple competing priorities
Must be responsive and work with a sense of urgency
Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally, verbally and in writing, to employees and managers of all levels, to include senior and executive-level management
