Responsibilities
Design, build, and manage robust data workflows for annotation, collection, processing, and analysis
Establish and monitor KPIs to drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making
Analyze datasets to generate actionable insights and recommendations for process improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally to align data operations with broader business objectives
Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to track key metrics and workflow enhancements
Continuously refine processes to ensure scalability, data integrity, and quality standards
Take ownership of operational challenges, proactively identifying and implementing solutions
Qualification
Required
Experience in data analysis, annotation, workflow optimization, or related technical operations
Familiarity with operational processes and efficiency improvements
Ability to interpret and communicate data insights clearly in both written and verbal formats
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data quality
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable
Preferred
Background in engineering, technical fields, or human data projects
Experience with data visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI) or programming languages (Python, SQL)
Internship or project-based experience in data management, AI/ML, or process optimization
