Information Technology
Responsibilities
Taking tickets via ServiceNow and troubleshooting a variety of issues
Handling network connectivity, blue screen of death, applications not showing up on a device, printers not working, imaging devices, e-recycling equipment, installing monitors, Zebra printer issues, building machines, and much more
Following a standardized process to imaging devices and using SCCM to update them
Upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and eventually transitioning to virtual desktops in 2026
