Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP EWM implementation
Perform hands-on configuration of SAP EWM modules based on client needs
Customize SAP EWM for transportation zones, carrier profiles, rates, and optimization rules
Develop test scenarios and conduct functional testing to ensure proper functionality
Identify and resolve issues during testing to ensure high-quality deliverables
Create user manuals, configuration guides, and training materials
Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, and functional consultants for seamless integration with ECC or S/4HANA
Provide timely support and resolution for SAP EWM-related issues
Participate in end-to-end testing and go-live activities
Document business requirements, specifications, and test scripts throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics, distribution, MIS, IT, or related field
7–10 years of SAP EWM functional experience with hands-on configuration (Sr Level)
Ability to travel 25–50%
U.S. citizenship and eligibility for Public Trust clearance
Preferred
Experience with SAP Activate or ASAP methodology
Strong understanding of logistics processes and transportation management concepts
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
